Determining Employment Potential After Injury

A Vocational Assessment is an evaluation of an individuals’ maximum work capacity in light of their physical and/or mental restrictions, as well as their education, training, and past work history. If the individual is unable to return to their previous occupation or is unable to work in any capacity, a vocational assessment will likely be beneficial in their case. The assessment includes a medical records review, and interview with the injured worker. These assessments are helpful in workers compensation cases, personal injury cases, and VA Disability TDIU applications and appeals.
